Who We Are
Philippe B. Morin
Managing Partner
Vækst is led by Philippe B. Morin, Managing Partner & Senior Advisor, who brings over 20 years of international experience spanning industrial leadership and project development in hydrogen, Power-to-X, and clean fuels.
His career includes 19 years at Air Liquide, with leadership roles in the UK, France, and the Nordic countries, followed by renewable energy development at Northland Power and global commercial leadership at HTEC and Hydrogen Optimized.
Philippe has originated and developed projects across Canada and Europe, structured offtake agreements, and advanced capital-intensive assets toward bankability and final investment decision. His experience combines technical understanding with commercial and financial judgment to support investment decisions and project execution.
He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.
